We are happy to inform you that we have started to conduct the One Day Training Courses as per the provision of Section 24(A) of the MCS Act, 1960, it is mandatory and binding upon the society to complete the Training for the Office Bearers/Members and staff of the Member Societies is being organised by The Mumbai District Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd, Jointly with Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sangh Ltd., Pune through its Co-operative Training Centre on 2nd Floor, Vikas Building, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 for the Office Bearers/Members and Staff of the member societies as published in the Housing Times in the month of August-2019 for which we have received a great response from the member societies and enrolled trainees names with the Federation.
The First batch of said training was conducted in the month of November-2019, The Training will be conducted on working Saturday of the month between 10-00 A.M. to 5-00 P.M. of every month as per the strength of enrolment of the trainees.
Therefore, each trainee have to pay amount of Rs.1,770/- i.e. (Rs.1,500/- Training Fee + 270/- GST) By Cash/Cheque in the Name of “The Mumbai District Co-op. Housing Federation Ltd.”, The enrolment of trainee will be on “First come First basis of the payment, whereas each batch is having of 50 Trainees Batch”., Wherein the trainees will be provided Snacks, Lunch and Tea and writing materials. The successful trainers will be issued Training Completion Certificate.
